Although the hotel would undeniably benefit from refurbishing, it does represent excellent value for money in an ideal location for clients arriving to Paddington from London Heathrow.
Exterior: This is a traditional Georgian building, in keeping with the surrounding architectural style.
Lobby: The medium sized lobby is adequately decorated in traditional style and offers some casual seating for guest use. Although comfortable, the area would benefit from refurbishing.

The small to medium rooms are fairly decorated in traditional colours. Most of the furniture is in average condition and would benefit from replacement. Bathrooms are in fair condition.

The breakfast room, located in the basement is brightly decorated and offers a welcoming atmosphere.
